1. Ownership & Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, or browsing SparkNate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all clauses in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To register an account or access SparkNate, you explicitly warrant that:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors are strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full right, power, and legal authority to enter into this contract.
• Criminal History: You have not been convicted of or pled no contest to any felony, sex crime, or violent crime.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions conducted under your user account.

3. Community Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Neodynix Technologies enforces a high standard of respect and safety. You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities on SparkNate:

• Impersonation & Fake Accounts: Creating deceptive profiles, pretending to be another person, or deploying automated bots.
• Harassment & Abuse: Sending sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing material to other members.
• Commercial Solicitations & Scams: Using SparkNate to solicit funds, buy/sell products, advertise services, or distribute phishing URLs.
• Platform Exploitation: Reverse engineering code, scraping database content, or attempting unauthorized access to server infrastructure.

4. Safety & Offline Interaction Disclaimer

Neodynix Technologies does not conduct mandatory criminal background checks on every registered user. While we employ automated security algorithms and active profile auditing:

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in real-life settings.
• Always exercise common sense caution when sharing details or arranging physical meetings. Never send money or financial information to matches.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain premium features on SparkNate may require subscription plans or one-time digital token purchases:

• Billing: Billing transactions are processed securely by authorized payment partners. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the billing date.
• Refund Policy: All digital purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary graphics, user interface designs, logo artwork, source code, features, matching algorithms, and trademark rights associated with SparkNate are owned exclusively by Neodynix Technologies.

You retain ownership of the photos, text bios, and content you upload, but grant Neodynix Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content strictly for operating the platform.

7. Account Termination

Neodynix Technologies reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your SparkNate account immediately without prior notice or refund if you breach any term of this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neodynix Technologies and its officers, directors, and developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of SparkNate.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing Neodynix Technologies operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
